A whole-house refurbishment with a new rear extension and dormer loft. Pale joinery throughout, a dark-green WC tucked under the stairs, and a kitchen pulled toward the garden so morning light reaches the living room for the first time in a hundred years.

"How do I know I'm picking the right builder?"

Every quote you get from us is prepared by our in-house quantity surveyor on an open-book basis. Visit a finished 2VP home before you sign. Talk to the homeowner directly.

"What if the price balloons?"

Fixed Quote, Itemised. Every line costed. Variations only when you sign them off in writing. We don't start a build until the contract sum is locked.

"How do I know my money is safe?"

Stage Payments, QA-Gated. You release each stage when an independent QA gate confirms the work is complete. Never pay ahead of progress.

"What if the workmanship is shoddy?"

12-Month Workmanship Warranty on every build, plus a 10-year insurance-backed structural guarantee. Snags fixed at our cost, no questions.

"What if I'm left in the dark?"

Daily On-Site Report. Photos, progress, weather, who was on site, what got done. Every working day. Shared in writing.

"What if I'm left alone if it goes wrong?"

One Named Project Manager from feasibility to aftercare. Plus completion bond and named partner contractors written into the contract — so the build finishes, even in the worst case.
