Cholmeley Park is a substantial Highgate semi with a long rear garden and a south-facing aspect that the existing house almost entirely ignored. The project adds a glazed garden link between the existing structure and a new single-storey pavilion, opening the ground floor to the garden on two sides.
The kitchen is being detailed in honed Calacatta marble on a bespoke island and three-wall run — materials the render had to earn, which is why the rest of the palette is deliberately quiet: clay-painted plaster, natural oak floors, and flush-faced painted joinery throughout.
The project is currently on site. Structural and groundwork phases are complete; superstructure and roofing are in progress. Completion is expected Q4 2026.
