Nick Elias develops initial design directions — plans, massing, moodboards.

We prepare, submit and manage your planning application end-to-end.
Week 4–12Technical design
Construction drawings, structural engineering, specification and schedules.
Week 8–14itemised quotation
Open-book quantity surveyed quote with line-by-line breakdown.
Week 14Contract signing
JCT contract with itemised price, programme and payment schedule.
Week 15Site setup & party wall
Welfare, scaffold, skip, site foreman and party wall awards.
Week 16Construction
Weekly director visits, live dashboard, daily site diary for you.
