On every 2VP project Nicholas handles RIBA Plan of Work stages 0–4 — brief, concept, planning, technical design and tender package. Once the contract is signed, 2VP delivers. Nicholas stays available for the 48-hour designer SLA on every on-site question, and signs off on the final building condition before handover.
