1. Initial Consultation
Clients or architects book a Zoom session via 2vp.uk. We gather details and confirm project readiness.
2. Plan Review & Fixed Proposal
We review drawings, site details, and prepare a fixed-scope proposal. Includes full project plan, time estimates, and bonus value offers.
3. Onboarding & Dashboard Setup
Once accepted, the client gets live access to their 2VP dashboard showing key metrics: timeline, approvals, weekly photos, and reports.
4. Project Kickoff
Dedicated M1 and M2 Managers are assigned. Kickoff includes a site meeting, clean start checklist, and signed code of conduct.
5. Weekly Reporting & Variation Control
Every Friday, we send a full report (completed works, next steps). Any on-site variation is signed by the client and project managers.
6. Real-Time Access
Architects and clients can view live site progress, photos, and dashboard reports anytime without chasing updates.
7. Project Completion & Warranty Issued
